How First Hire collects, uses, protects, and retains website, inquiry, and recruiting information.
Last updated: July 12, 2026Information collected
A hiring inquiry may include identity, business contact details, company information, hiring needs, budget, timing, schedule overlap, source page, referral and campaign context, appointment details, and consent records. When the employer booking flow is enabled, GoHighLevel processes the hiring brief and appointment inside one connected form and scheduling experience so First Hire can respond, qualify the request, preserve attribution, and manage the consultation.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to inquiries, qualify searches, schedule consultations, process approved commercial next steps, operate recruiting services, improve the website, maintain security, and meet legal obligations.
Browser storage and optional analytics
The site uses session storage to retain initial campaign and hiring path context during the browsing session. When a valid Google Tag Manager container is configured, the visitor's analytics choice is stored in local storage so the preference can be remembered. Google Tag Manager and optional analytics load only after the visitor allows analytics; when analytics is unconfigured, no analytics prompt, analytics preference, or Google tracking script is created.
Service providers
Hostinger provides website hosting and Google Workspace supports business email. GoHighLevel may provide CRM, forms, communications, scheduling, and approved payment workflows only when the matching public surface has passed review and is enabled. A disabled integration does not receive data from this website.
